HARC e-Bulletin Issue 27

The HARC partners were delighted to host an event in May featuring Professor Sir Bruce Keogh, who spoke about how the UK’s National Health Service is using performance measurement to drive health systems change.

There was a record level of interest in the event, which also received coverage on the ABC’s AM program. See our wrap of the HARC forum in the full issue.

Also in this issue, we look at research in the area of patient and staff communication, paediatric care and healthcare interventions.

And we are pleased to announce a new Editor for the HARC e-Bulletin. Ms Anne Messenger joins the Sax Institute as Publications Manager and will be responsible for the e-Bulletin and other Institute publications, including the journal Public Health Research & Practice. Anne joins us from the Australian Academy of Science and is interested to hear any feedback or ideas from the HARC network.

Enjoy the issue.
