Evidence-based policy making is a “contact sport” requiring a tactical approach and long-haul persistence, writes John Ross in The Australian. Ross interviewed British health policy academic, political scientist and King’s Fund CEO Professor Chris Ham, who was a guest of the Sax Institute at the recent NHMRC Research Translation Symposium. The symposium was hosted jointly in 2015 with CIPHER, the Centre for Informing Policy in Health with Evidence from Research.
