The aim of this review was to determine which legislative levers have been effective in reducing discrimination for people with depression, anxiety or suicidality in the workplace, education or healthcare setting. No regulatory or legislative levers were found which address these specific conditions in any setting. Some evidence was found related to the effectiveness of legislation targeting discrimination against people with a disability in workplace and education settings, which would include many of the target group for this review, however the available evidence is limited or inconclusive. The researchers make a number of policy and practice recommendations but note that these are to be considered carefully based on the limited available evidence.
